Disappointed

Hello, I am very disappointed in not receiving the certifications that I studied for and passed. In 2019 I studied and scored a 836 on the certification test. The candidate ID is MS0618311311. The date was 03/29/2019. And once again I completed the MD-100 at Asher College in Las Vegas and passed it as well. I remember my instructor setting up the account but when I asked him how to retrieve it, he was clueless or acted clueless. Can you help me with this situation because I remember having a different email address than what I have now. I am into my profile but it does not show my certifications. My name is Antonio Spann and I am asking for help because I expected more out of Microsoft testing centers and representatives.
