Hi,
I have a problem with FailoverClusterManager in Windows Server 2016.
I cannot connect to the cluster. I get Access is denied (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)).
It is similar when trying to install the patch in windows update - I get a message with an error 0x80073701 or 0x80070005.
There are two servers in the cluster, but only one has this type of problem.
I am logging in as the Administrator user belonging to the Administrators group.
The same thing happens when I log in as a Domain Admins user.
Any advice?

I am also suddenly getting HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)). when I am trying to connect my exchange 2013 DAG (on Windows Server 2012) via Failover Cluster Manager but I am able to connect same from one node all other three nodes give me same error. It is very strange that I am using same account on all 4 Exchange Mailbox nodes part of same DAG and it is working from only one node.
So it is confirm that the account permissions are ok. I have tried so many solutions but none resolve my issue yet. I will be very grateful if any help identify the issue probably permissions lost (missing) of all three nodes missing.

2023-02-11T20:19:09.47+00:00 Something else you may want to look into is updating your client machine and if there are no updates applicable e.g., Enterprise LTSC 2019 you will then need to do an in-place upgrade to LTSC 2021.
