Dear experts,

I'm facing an issue with the default File Origin. I've changed the OS region system to enable Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support but this only set the default to Chinese. I've tried to google around and edit registry key but it didn't help.
I have another computer where the default is UTF-8 but I didn't remember how I managed that.

Any one who can help to advise how to set the excel File Origin to UTF-8? I was under the impression that I needed to change something else in OS but I can't remember it anyway:(

Thanks a lot in advance.

    Hi @Eaven HUANG ,
Did you open the same csv file from another computer?
File Origin is related to the saved file format, you should saved the file format to UTF-8. Then File Origin will open as Unicode(UTF-8) by default, or you should select from list manually.
