Issues after inplace upgrade to version 2203

Hi

Last day we have upgraded configuration manager to version 2022 from 2111. Upgrade went well. We also installed the 2203 hotfix Rollup KB14244456.

From today onwards, I have seen that client push is not functioning, even the same is not triggering from the server. I copied the client setup files on workstations and ran it. The client application was successfully installed, but the device details do not appear in the console.

Another issue on AD Sync. Following the AD System Discovery, the details of the machines do not appear in the Console.

Many of the reports were not functioning, so that we had done site reset also.

Seeking experts advice.

    Thanks for your detailed case description.

    1) It should be confirmed before resolving other issues. There are multiple SCCM 2203 issues fixed in KB14244456 and this update is available in the Updates and Servicing node of the Configuration Manager console. To install the SCCM 2203 hotfix KB 14244456, you must first upgrade to SCCM 2203.

    2) Is the AD System Discovery working properly before the upgrade? Please make sure that it is enabled and configured correctly. If all configurations are correctly, please check adsysdis.log to see if there are any errors.
