My Az-400 Certification not showing in dashboard even i already have active AZ-104 certification.

I have completed AZ-400 Certification on 13 Aug 2022. Still Az-400 Certification not showing in dashboard even i already have active AZ-104 certification. (I.e prerequisite for AZ-400 is already completed).

Also I had AZ-400 already which has expired on 7th Aug 2022 hence I have rescheduled it on 13 Aug 2022 and It's Passed . It is showing in Passed exams but there is no Certification document and badges for AZ-400 with active dates.

I am attaching certification dashboard here for more clarity.

Can you please help me with this to get my active certification document forAZ-400
