Autoresponder for every mail

Hi

When users enable Out-of-Office autoresponder, it responds only once for one sender.

Is there a way to get autoresponder to respond to every mail any sender sends to this user?

If there is no way to achieve this via Exchange Online, what solutions you have used to achieve this?

And thanks for answer but we need more centralized way to achieve this. This is way too hard to leave this for users with several dozens of users..
