Can you be a bit more specific here, which setting exactly are you talking about? Generally speaking, "user controlled" refers to settings that can be configured when posting a message, creating a meeting and so on.

there is one more settings, called "user controlled". this would be the perfect setting for us, but in the users team client I can´t see anything where he can control this.
