What does user controlled mean in this context

there is one more settings, called "user controlled". this would be the perfect setting for us, but in the users team client I can´t see anything where he can control this.

Can you be a bit more specific here, which setting exactly are you talking about? Generally speaking, "user controlled" refers to settings that can be configured when posting a message, creating a meeting and so on.

I mean the function "Busy on busy when in a call"
There is a drop down where I can choose "not enabled, "enabled" "unanswered" and "user controlled", but if i choose "User controlled" and check in my Teams account with my standard user, there is nothing in my Teans client where I can configure the "busy on Busy" option.

This is the Teams admin calling settings for your reference:

Not enabled, which is the default setting, means no busy option is enabled and new incoming calls can still go to the user when he/she is already in a call.

Enabled means new or incoming calls will be rejected with a busy signal:

User Controlled means user can choose by themselves to accept or reject when a new calls comes in.

Hi,

for me the definition makes no sense, because then "Not enabled" and "User controlled" would be the same?
I would assume that's a bug in the client, where there's a button or so missing.
