Sharepoint 2019 Page Viewer Web Part and SSRS - connection refused

Hi,
Im using Sharepoint Server 2019 and SSRS 2019 and I'm trying to user a Page Viewer web part to show a SSRS report embeded in a classic website. However, when I am using the server alias which hides the server real name (servername is an alias of servername-db1) to access the sharepoint URL, a gray area appears on the web part location with a lock saying that servername-db1 refused the connection IF I don't hide the toolbar with the rc:Toolbar=False command on the report server URL of the report. It works fine if I hide the toolbar.

Any idea on how to overcome this issue?

Thank you

    Hi @Pedro Soares ,

I have tested the issue like you said in my environment during these days. I am not able to reproduce this issue. In this scenario, I would suggest you open a ticket with Microsoft for further help.
