How do i give the child domain enteprise and schema admin rights.

Hello, Please asisst I have a parent domain and a child domain but the child seems to be lacking other right for example schema and enteprise admin how do i delegte them to the child in order to be able to do other things.

If under the situation all root / parent domain controller was corrupted. How can we give child domain controller administrator account have enterprise admin and schema admin to seize the naming master and schema to child domain controller?
Understand Enterprise Admin and Schema Admin only available in Root / Parent Domain Controller.
