@Siya Kumari , Based on my research, for the "allowFingerprintForUnlock" setting, In Intune, we have "Block Touch ID and Face ID unlock". Yes prevents using a fingerprint or face to unlock devices. When set to Not configured (default), Intune doesn't change or update this setting. By default, the OS might allow users to unlock devices using biometrics.
For rating setting, we have "Ratings region" to select the ratings region you want to use for allowed downloads. And then select the allowed ratings for Movies, TV Shows, and Apps.
"Block Apple Books" seems to be similar with allowBookstoreErotica . "Block My Photo Stream" seems to be similar with allowSharedStream. "Installation of configuration profiles by UI" seems to be simialr with allowUIConfigurationProfileInstallation. Here is a link with more details for your reference:
