I have a staging environment that I have been testing out sync rules with. What is the best way to clear out the metaverse and connector space database without reinstalling and recreating the database? I think doing a full import leaves some residual data. I want to clear everything out and do a full import\full synch from scratch.

@JimmySalian-2011 Thanks for the link but I think this is a bigger hammer than I am comfortable using. The sql queries seem to reference sys databases and not just the adsync database. I remember seeing something about recreating connectors, and something mentioning cache. I basically just want to delete all the objects and fully import again.

Hi,

I think you can backup the configuration and export to csv, deleting the connector is the option I can think of

The option Delete connector space only removes all data, but keep the configuration.

The option Delete Connector and connector space removes the data, the configuration and all the sync rules associated with the connector. This option is used when you do not want to connect to a forest anymore.

However you will need to reconfigure the connectors and import the data. Best way or approach will be carry this in Dev Test Env.

Deleting the connector spaces seems to do to the trick.
