Unable to assign calling ID to Teams queue

Hello

I would like to add resource accounts to allow users to make outbound calls as below.

I'm not trying to assign additional resource accounts, or assign one to multiple call queues.

The Teams portal prevents me from doing this if the resource account is assigned elsewhere, or if it's already assigned to the same call queue as in this example.

    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038 ,

    Best way to assign users with a Main number or Call flow number is with use of Caller ID policies. This can be done by following the below URL:
