onenote not working on my PC when I connect my PC through chrome remote desktop

I frequently connect to my work PC in my work place from home.
But many times, the onenote on my work PC doesn't repond to my mouse or keyboard. (but sometimes works).
So in this case I have switch to my home PC window and use the onenote on my home PC.
How can I solve this problem? sometimes if I change the character code to 'old Korean' it works but not always.

Another complaint : this Q&A requests me to enter 1 to 5 tags. But it's very difficult to find matching tags. I tried onenote, but none. and tried chrome none,..only remote-desktop-services ok, but my case is related to google's chrome remote desktop no MS's. All the keywords look so microsoft-professional and not customer-friendly. it's showing MS's product line that customers don't know. Please correct this, it is harassing/taking times off the customers too.

    This is happening again and I looked up on the internet and found my question above. There have been no response. Is this a dead site?
