I cannot link a certification profile to my Microsoft account

I am trying to reschedule an appointed Microsoft exam that I have with Person VUE - AZ500.
Previously my certification personal profile was a separate Microsoft platform, and now I see it has been integrated with Microsoft Learn.
Now when I try to access the link: https://aka.ms/examreschedule to reschedule my exam, it loads Microsoft Learn account and asks me to link my Certification Profile. However when I try to do that, it does not work, it loads the initial page of Microsoft learn every time without results.

I have the exam in 2 days on the 26th of August, and I was not aware of these issues with platforms, so I might loose my free reschedule exam opportunity.

Please urgently help me!
