Consultant for Initial Azure deployment

Hi. We're a small Financial IT company looking to move our infrastructure to Azure ( 4-5 servers). As all of our work in Azure will be non-production, we're looking at dev/test pricing and deployment . As such - the MS Azure consultants I've spoken with have indicated thy can't help with initial set up/ deployment but once it's set up, they're happy to charge monthly to manage. What specifically we're looking for is a consultant that can help us set things up in Azure, and ensure best practices, etc for a one-time fee with no monthly management contract. Is this something that is readily available? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

For such request I would recommend to call IT consultant in a city near you. The fact they can visit you to plan deployment make a great difference, and you will be sure to employ someone of thrust, which is important there.

If unable to find someone, I know Microsoft can help too, but I'am not sure the correct channel to ask them, as such are usually contact via locally Microsoft store/HQ. I can ask regional contact to know the correct one to assist you, but it's all work distributed by region, as such it's hard without asking you private detail to who you can talk.

For that reason I recommand to check for local Microsoft partner, and call them after.
