Azure ad connect sync issue

We have getting alert over past few days.Nothing syncs up with the scheduled sync, it generate the error and no update are exported out when i know there are pending updates. We are running Azure ad connect 2.1.16.0which is the latest version.

Error code-0x34
Error- unavailable
Status- failed search

    Hi,

    Can you provide additional information from the event logs of the AAD Connect server if there are errors logs? Also can you check the services of the AAD Connect if they are running and started succesfully.

    Also check the connectivity to Azure - tshoot-connect-connectivity
