Unable to Reschedule the exam

I have registered for AZ104 exam on 3rd Sept. The confirmation email says please be sure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at aka.microsoft/examreschedule no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled exam time. However I am not able to view already scheduled exam. Can you help rescheduling?

I reached out to pearson vue and here is their response.

We would like to inform you that Pearson Vue and Microsoft are aware of the technical error that our candidates are not able to view the exams or their profiles on the dashboard.

Kindly, contact Microsoft at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/help.aspx and they will be able to assist you with an alternative method to view the exam or your profile."
