You can back up and recover account credentials in the Authenticator app:

I'm having the same problem, when I try to "Export Verified IDs" I'm presented with a 12 word recovery phase which I have to write down. I click next, I enter the recovery code correctly and complete the form. Then it advances to a screen that displays the following error message:
I have saved the log file that it provides and a few of the messages are somewhat telling but I'm not sure if they are actionable to me. I can provide the log file to you but I won't post the complete log here because I'm not sure whether or not it contains any sensitive information at the moment (there's a lot.)
Upon further inspection this log file does appear to contain at least marginally sensitive information; ADBroker TeamIDs that I would personally not be comfortable sharing publicly. You might consider adding disclaimer about this log file so that people aren't posting marginally sensitive information on the internet. A web search of some of these warnings reveals someone else has posted a complete log file from this app:
