Cannot Delete Device from Intune

Recently, we've found that we cannot delete two of our computers from Intune. All options are greyed out, and while the computers have names, they have no serial number listed.

When we try and reinstall Windows 10, we get an error at the 'Registering your device for mobile management' stage indicating (as best as I can tell from google) an issue with the Autopilot profile (error code 3, 0x801c03f3). I've tried to delete the Autopilot profiles of the two devices, but cannot as the Intune registries still exist.

Upon diving deeper, I determined that the computers in question are showing up as MDE managed, as opposed to MEM like the rest of our devices. I'm pretty sure that this is where the issue lies, but I can't seem to remove the computers from MDE. I've excluded both of them, but still no change- we can't delete the intune entry or the autopilot profile, and reinstalling windows 10 get's us stuck at the same place every time.

The only solutions I've found seem to revolve around running scripts on the affected devices, which I cannot do since I can't even get Windows re-installed. Any help would be -very- much appreciated, as we've been stuck on this issue for quite some time.

Thank you!!

    @Anonymous , For our issue, we can try the following steps to see if the device can be deleted:

    1. Try to delete it via Graph Explorer:
      DELETE /deviceManagement/managedDevices/{managedDeviceId}
      https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/intune-devices-manageddevice-delete?view=graph-rest-1.0
    2. Try to delete the device in Microsoft store for business. After login, go to Manage->Devices and find the device, try to delete it to see if it can be deleted.

    However, if the issue still persists, you can open case to see if it can be deleted in the background. Here is a link with the steps to openc case for your reference:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/get-support

    Hope it can help.
