take note that im getting this error when I access a new blob.. .same with queues

Hi,
I am having issues accessing the containers via the azure portal when I enabled below:
Enabled from selected virtual networks and IP addresses
My objective is to be able to restrict storage access within the vNet but I should be able to browse it via portal and storage explorer.
Take note that I have added my IP address

Can you please do a What's my IP address on your browser and share the same?
Please also share the configuration you have in the Networking section of the storage account as well as the access policy for the Container/Blob as shown below-

I tried this scenario in my portal and I am able to access the portal/Blobs etc., when I add the Public IP address that my traffic is sourcing from in the allowed IP address list. However, I understand that you cannot access it even after adding it. Can you please share the below details to me offline without hiding the IP address by emailing me at azcommunity@microsoft.com and subject line ATTN: Sai Kishor.
- Do a What's my IP address on your browser and share the same?
- Please also share the configuration you have in the Networking section of the storage account as well as the access policy for the Container/Blob

2022-10-28T03:29:25.887+00:00 Just an update... the issue was on our proxy.... so we had to add core.windows.net in our proxy whitelist...
