just for extra details, this is an old pc that i recently gave to my younger brother for him to play some games like minecraft or other games, etc. This computer had a bunch of stuff that really just slowed down the pc, so i got rid of it, but, while resetting the pc, I accidentally clicked remove all instead of keeping personal stuff. Now, I got the computer into safe mod, where it is asking me to log into the administrator account, which I do not have, the administrator account had been deleted. I need a fix to this because I do not want to have to bring this computer to someone to have them fix it. Keep in mind this computer is updated to Windows 11 Home. I do not know how to create a secondary administrator account to get into the pc, because the administrator account that I do not have access to is blocking my way from logging onto the computer. Thanks for all that try to give me an answer, as I would love for my brother to be able to use it, as it was an expensive laptop that I spent quite a bit of money on.

You can buy 3rd party products that can help crack the password. Otherwise, you'll need to reinstall the OS to start over. I'd go with reinstalling the OS.
Hello Snoozsterh,
Correct me if i'm wrong, you reset your device and all your data is gone? Why do you want to boot into safe mode?
Or you reset you device and aborted it to keep the data?
