hi folks,
I recently started using a 4k monitor, my windows 10 workstation works fine, however when i RDP to another server(Win 2016) some of the apps shows very tiny fonts. Is there any way to fix it, Unfortunately i can not set server resolution as it is disabled. Any RDP resolution that i can use so that i see crisp fonts at the same time i dont see these tiny fonts for some programs.

Pls see attached for the resolution options i have in my RDP client.234675-1.jpg234659-2.jpg234714-1.jpg

    Hi @Heisenberg

    See G Koe's answer:

Easy answer #1, lower your screen resolution before connecting to the server in question. Problem solved!

More difficult but more interesting way #2:

Create an RDP file at the resolution that you want, by opening mstsc.exe and setting up the name of the computer that you are connecting to and choosing a resolution OTHER THAN FULLSCREEN on the display tab, I would suggest a 16:10 resolution like these:
