[DMFT] Test sign and EV certificate

We are developing DMFT. Regarding the camera driver for image post processing,
we would like to know whether the publish of DMFT requires a driver signature/test sign (HLK) related task.
Which HLK tests are required for DMFT
If we need a signing certificate, do we need to purchase EV certificate,
