Hello,

Previously I kept having BSOD after BSOD when I leave my machine on. I check it hours later and see myself staring at the login splash screen. Sometimes it got a bit worse and get BSODs even when I just am moving the mouse pointer, watching youtube videos.

A little bit of history,

  • Previously my machine had 2x8GB RAM modules for a total of 16GB
  • I kept having BSOD and did troubleshooting and seems that having errors caused by ntkrnlmp.exe can be RAM related.
  • I was planning to upgrade to 2x16GB RAM modules for a total of 32GB already so I just replaced my RAM since I am not able to really fix this issue of constant BSODs
  • I replaced my old RAM with the new ones and continued on, but I still get these random BSODs
  • It kept getting worse so I was forced to try a clean reformat of my laptop
  • I am considering my laptop power brick is faulty because I am seeing that this BSOD can be caused by faulty power supplies as well, and that I can sometimes cause a little bit less BSODs if I don't run any intensive tasks on my machine or even running the laptop on QUIET mode.
  • Now, after doing a clean install of Windows 10, I encountered another BSOD, once only so far and now I really need help as I can't seem to really determine the cause anymore.

Please help. Below is the MEMORY.DMP uploaded to onedrive

Thank you to anyone who can help.
