Redirecting Printers

I have Windows Server 2022 installed and I have only 2 users doing RDP on that server. For the printers on the local computers to be redirected to the server, do I need to have Remote desktop services installed on the server ? If I install RDP services on the server, it is telling to activate the terminal licenses on the server which I don't have.
