Remove indivdual diagnostic logs from app service - AppServiceFileAuditLogs

We have rolled out the new app service diag logging via policy however would now like to remove 1 log as its creating issues for us.. Is it possible to remove 1 log using powershell - AppServiceFileAuditLogs.

Reviewig cmdlets appears we can use the Remove-AzDiagnosticSetting but that will remove the the whole log profile.

Hi @Ryan , apologies for the delay in response. I don't believe there is a direct way to delete one specific log. However, I found this workaround on Stack Overflow but haven't tested it out yet. I will reach out internally to the engineering team to see if there is a better way to achieve this.
