How to enable Sensitivity option in outlook for one user. Looks to be disabled for all o365 outlook users.

Microsoft 365 E5 License assigned to user.
I can not see any any Information protection in microsoft purview compliance portal.My assigned role - exchange admin.
How to enable for just one user not for organization.

Have you checked if other users in your organization can use this feature? If this button is greyed out for only one user, you could take a reference at the steps introduced here, add the ribbon tab “Sensitivity” manually:

If you run OWA, do you see Sensitivity there?

Hi. I am fighting this issue with a customer. She has the sensitivity button on her phone - outlook app and in your office web apps. Just not on her local computer. Same results logging into a computer that a user does not have this issue.
