Candidates face technical issues for some windows background processes that run on their machine, these processes can't be stopped, and Pearson doesn't allow you to switch to different machine once you have started validating a device. They waste days and days of candidates.
Microsoft is wasting candidates and professionals hours. Please understand that as professional we are not dependent on certifications to prove our ability. Absolute bureaucracy.

I registered my original account under the email address "oyeyemiakinrinade@hotmail.com" (MCID: 995470083) but was unfortunately locked out of the Hotmail account last week because I had a problem with my phone which necessitated a reset to factory default. After restoring the backup it became obvious I wouldn't be able to get back into my account using the Authenticator App again. I tried signing in using my password but it kept saying my password was incorrect until the account was block and I was also logged out on my computer where I was initially signed in. I tried the only means left but it turned out the recovery email is the email I no longer have access to. So I created this new Microsoft Learn account/profile using my phone number to see if my initial account could be migrated to this new account. I've worked so had in the last couple of months on upskilling and certifying that I cannot afford to lose the data associated with my original profile. I was even going to take an Applied Skills Assessment when I realized I needed the login information again. Thanks.

Still now I didn't get my scorecard and certificate. I got mail like view and share your certificate like that and all...... When it opens it didn't get no results. Can anyone please assist above information.
