Hi,
Client in our company wants to send to some of the recipients meeting request and show this request recipient's calendar as accepted.
It should'nt be tentative or greyed out, just as "accept" automatically. Is this possible to do that with server or client/mailbox based operation? I want to make sure that it is possible to send Outlook meeting request as accepted by forcing.
Thank you.

    I dont believe so:

I dont think there is a way to force in Exchange on-prem short of users changing their Outlook settings for meeting acceptance

You can use the Direct to Calendar feature with Exchange Transport rules

Is Direct to Calendar mail flow rule available for Exchange Server 2016 (CU21) on-premise?
