Error AADSTS700016

Hi there,
Trying to setup SAML using Azure AD. I am able to authenticate using the Identity Provider(Azure AD) but when the response comes back from/to the Service Provider(Enterprise Application) I got the following error:

AADSTS700016: Application with identifier 'https://site address/saml/metadata' was not found in the directory 'Company Name'. This can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. You may have sent your authentication request to the wrong tenant.
