Cannot create a VNET

I get the following error when I try to create a VNet;

"Could not create the marketplace item
Oops!

Could not create the marketplace item

This marketplace item is not available."

Can anyone assist?

    @ritchieb Thanks for reaching here! Apologies you were facing issue while creating Vnet using Azure Portal, This was temporary issue which is now mitigated, could you please try this again, please let us know if you are still facing issue on this.
