How can I connect speech to text to my call center?

I would like to use the cognitive service (speech to text and text to speech) to create a bot and connect it to my call centre. So that it automatically understands and answers the queries. How can I do it?

    @Ashutosh I would suggest you follow this document to get started to create a bot with voice capabilities.
    If you have not created a bot service before you could even, try to use a basic bot and interact with it to understand the capabilities and then voice enable your bot.
