Are the MD-100 modules the best way to prepare for the MD-100: Windows Client Exam?

Was wondering which resources would be best to review and study before the MD-100: Windows Client exam because the Official Practice Test provided by mindhub.com has bad reviews stating remarks such as outdated and unhelpful.
