Can't upgrade SCCM to latest version

Hi

My SCCM is currently on version and I'm unable to update SCCM to any version.

Updates are available, but when pressing download, it says on "Ready For Download"

I've checked the EasyPayLoad folder and I can see the update files in there, but even when trying to install SCCM manually from the splash page, all options are greyed out.

I've checked and attached the relevent logs, but cannot see at all where this is going wrong?

Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi, @James Statham

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

It seems you have downloaded the update pack and installed the update pack, so what do you mean can't upgrade to latest version? What is the current state of the update pack?
Could you show some snapshots for us to understand your issue better?
