We are unable to start Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection Service (Sense) service when starting it gets an error, those error details are attached, can someone help for this?,

We have only deployed security patches only.
MDAV can be disabled by group policy/registry. Are you using tamper protection? This could be an indicator of attack. Since MDAV is part of the OS there is no uninstall or reinstall. You might consider isolating and reimaging this system.
