Hi. We will be using Visual Studio 2022 with GitLab. I believe i have seen on many web pages and YouTube videos that this combination can have a "Pull Request" option, but I don't see the option/button, either on the Git Menu or Team Explorer with my installation. How can i get this option? Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.
The more i look, the more i realize that it is probable a VS2022 + GitHub combination, that is why the say "Pull Request".
It would probably say "Merge Request" for a VS2022 + GitLab combination.
Does this mean that the "Merge Request" for a VS2022 + GitLab does not exist?
Is there no way to get this? Any extensions that would work?

This is one of the places I saw it:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/repos/git/pull-requests?view=azure-devops&tabs=visual-studio

    Thanks again.

I think the GitLab Extension doesn't work with Visual Studio 2022.

Thank you. Are you aware if Microsoft is working to add the "Merge Request" for Visual Studio for GitLab like it has for GitHub?
