Teams not working

Hi,

In my laptop, while charging MS Teams not working. Once i power off the charger teams working fine.

    Hi @Balayuvaraj M

    Try changing your battery settings:

    1) Go to Start Menu > Power & sleep settings

    2) Go to Additional power settings on the right

    3) Try changing your plan to Balanced or High Performance

    4) You can also go to Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings > Check your Wireless Adapter Settings

    What is the symptom of this issue?
    Please try disabling GPU hardware acceleration to see if it would help with this issue.
