My laptop authenticates to Azure AD at login I have installed Microsoft Windows Admin Tools. Can you join Azure AD and local AD?

My laptop authenticates to Azure AD at login I have installed Microsoft Windows Admin Tools. When i open as other user Active Directory Users and Computers it will only let me use my email address to athenticate I need to use my network id. How do i change that.

These devices are joined to your on-premises Active Directory and registered with Azure Active Directory.
