Text to Speech - Missing First Word in Audio File

I'm using Text to Speech and the first word in the starting paragraph (or first sentence) is being cut out. It's like it doesn't see that there's a word so it moves onto the second word to begin the speech. What can I do to fix this?

Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A platform. Is this issue happening everytime or it happens randomly? Does your video start at the very begin like 0.00s? If you can share a sample which has issue, it will be very helpful to us to find the issue.

It doesn't happen all the time, but enough that it messes up my eLearning. Here's one that happens frequently.
Text reads : Let's go ahead and choose an avatar to represent you as you move through this course.
I'd upload the audio file but you don't accept those via the attachment. :S
