Eventlog strange SMB successful logon

Hi,

I noticed today that my computer is logging on to multiple other computers on the same network despite having no real interactions with them, no shared files/folders or printers etc. Apparently this is SMB traffic, but i need help understanding why this is happening. We activated our SOC today bcs this seems so strange, they saw SMB traffic attempts from my machine to the machine in the log below (log is from coworkers computer) but they say no successful logons were made. I have checked my logs and the only pattern i can see is that this happens during startup of the PC. Any hints would be much appreciated. My next step would be to try to capture with wireshark and analyze that...

I am the only one in the office running Windows 11 if that matters. We had a theory that this is the W11 p2p update function, but there is hardly any information about how exactly it works.

This has happened multiple random days during both AM/PM, when computer is turned on. Ports are always randomized, but in the 50000 range.

This event is generated when a logon session is created. It is generated on the computer that was accessed.

The subject fields indicate the account on the local system which requested the logon. This is most commonly a service such as the Server service, or a local process such as Winlogon.exe or Services.exe.

The logon type field indicates the kind of logon that occurred. The most common types are 2 (interactive) and 3 (network).

The New Logon fields indicate the account for whom the new logon was created, i.e. the account that was logged on.

The network fields indicate where a remote logon request originated. Workstation name is not always available and may be left blank in some cases.

The impersonation level field indicates the extent to which a process in the logon session can impersonate.

The authentication information fields provide detailed information about this specific logon request.
