Hi Microsoft Team
I have been getting in my PC after boot up or trying to unlock it that primary sign in option is Security Key
I have never used or set up this as I only use traditional password.
I have been unable to remove this option from the Sign in Options and no idea why it started to appear as i have never set up one
On windows 10 in Accounts > sign-in options, it shows the Security Key option as setup.
When I click "Manage" to try and remove it, it says "insert security key into the USB port" so we are in a loop as i have never set up one
How can i remove this option from my Sign in to my Windows PC?

Hi
I have admin rights for my account but could not see anything in Control Panel, Sign in Options as a way to delete this
You mean admin of Windows Server? AD? and you have any idea where to look for any option there that could cause this?
I only found reimage as possible options but was trying to avoid that
Thanks
-Gerald

I think it would be here on your office.com account, though I don't have this option on my account. Are you using a work account to sign on your laptop?
Yes Im using a work account to access as this is my company laptop
But Im allow to adjust or modify settings as my user has admin rights for my account
Yeah in that option i see no security key set up for my account:
