Microsoft Authentication Removed Account

Question

I used an email, work, to sign in here and use it for authentication whenever I logged into a website here in my work. Days passed, i removed that email in this Microsoft Authenticator app hoping it will remove the authentication. But its not, it still asked me whenever I logged in my email and now I dont have any access for it cause I removed it here in the app. I'm bad at english if u have understood it more or less please help me.

Hi,

In this case you will have to request the administrator to switch off the MFA for your account temporarily and allow you to reconfigure the MFA. Please share this link with the admin and you should be able to access once the MFA has been reset.
