I see this line:

This is a known issue with Windows 11 which is discussed in this article from Microsoft which also offers workarounds for the problem.
As the error message states... please can you also upload the SQL server errorlog.
Wait on the Database Engine recovery handle failed. Check the SQL Server error log for potential causes.

Sorry, that what you have uploaded are "just" the installation log files... what we need is the errorlog of the SQL server itself, according to the details.log, the installation should have reached a point in the process where the db engine already is installed and tried to start but failed... so this first attempt should be logged in the SQL Server log
I would expect it in this location
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL15.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL\Log
