After I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows11 insider programe in August, I lost the Wifi 5 connection.
I called AT&T fiber tech support and they created a new network name for me to connect using Wifi 4 (802.11n).
AT&T told me that Windows 11 has an issue with it.
Could you please check?

From what you explained, I believe this is a bug and I advise you to open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
You may try update Windows and the Network driver.
In worse case, roll back to Windows 10.
Thank you so much for guiding me the next step where to report this issue.
BTW, I constantly updated Windows/Security and I also updated network driver Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz to driver version 22.150.0.3
