shared mailbox

Hi All

1. i am using exchange 2016 hybrid environment. i have shared mailboxes in exchange onprem and exchange online. From office 365 admin portal how can i know shared mailbox was created in exchange onprem or exchange online, the way we identify for DLs how can i identify for shared mailboxes
2. i have a shared mailbox in exchange onprem and this shared mailbox sends emails to onprem and online DLs. This shared mailbox can send emails but i dont want this shared mailbox to receive email. is there any way i can control this.

If you want to check from Office admin center, you could check the "Sync Status" for AAD account. You could see they are "In cloud" or "Synced from on-premises"

i have a shared mailbox in exchange onprem and this shared mailbox sends emails to onprem and online DLs. This shared mailbox can send emails but i dont want this shared mailbox to receive email. is there any way i can control this.

You could create a transport rule on Exchange on-premises to block emails which sent to this shared mailbox.
