Quick Access not working - wrong parameter

Question

For the past few days I couldn't add folders to my quickaccess anymore in the file explorer and get the following error message:

Around the same time or maybe simultaneously the following file(s) appeared in my user folder and the first one is getting tried to be opened on startup. Not sure if this has any connection to the problem at hand, but just in case I wanted to mention it.

I already tried the command

del /F /Q %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations

However this yielded no result as the path does not exist. I'd be very happy about a resolution to this problem
