Using Power BI - AI Insights - Text Analytics function getting error

Question

Get the following error when data refresh in Power BI - "OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'Internal error CultureInfoNotSupported.<ccon>eo</ccon>,en, es, pt, fr, de, it, nl, nb, sv, pl, da, fi, ru, el, tr, ar, zh, ja". Not sure if any desktop setting missing. Appreciate if any one can advise.
