Does Visual Studio 2022 Community installed in offline environment requires sign in after 30 days from installation?

Hi.

I setup Visual Studio 2022 community to one of my PCs through a local layout where no internet connection is available.

After an installation, I skipped the sign in process at the beginning of course, but I heard from a few sources that the sign in will ultimately be needed after using 30 days.
Because this PC will never be able to connected to online, I wonder whether I will be required to sign in after 30 days from the installation or not.

  • FYI, please note that a license page in my VS community already shows that the "product key applied".

    Yes you would need to login into visual studio even if you use community edition. Since you have installed in a PC without internet you can try your luck if it asks you to login after trial period, I believe it would. See the below link...
