Is certification Renewal an open book exam?

Hello All,

I'd like to know if we can follow the open book policy for certification renewal examinations.
To be precise, can I open another tab/window and see the Azure portal to answer the questions?

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
