Unable to access Azure for Students subscription

I have a valid Azure for Students subscription but I am unable to see it in the Azure portal. Please help me in this regard

Could you please confirm the last time you were able to access Azure using that students subscription sucessfully?

please take into consideration that in order to use Azure for students, that email address should be registered and the University must have a partnership with us.

If the issue still persists, I would suggest you to contact your university and make sure that email address you are using is properly registered and ready to be used for Microsoft Azure services.

Hi @Adhithyan R ,

please navigate to the Subscriptions" in the Azure Portal and click on the Subscriptions` filter,

Deselect the check box Show only subscriptions selected in global subscription filter

You had access to the subscription before?

If it's not the filter it looks like a permission issue.

Also, make sure you're logged in with the email associated with your student subscription. If you already are, please let me know so we can further assist you.
